Check the Status of the relevant rule from the rule list screen. If the status is Disabled, change it to Enabled and check again.
Delivery rule conditions use AND logic. The delivery option will only be hidden when all configured conditions are met simultaneously. Check whether the conditions of the delivery rule are being met.
When using Exact match, the name must match exactly — including capitalization and spacing — as it is registered in Shopify.
If no eligible items or collections are set, the rule will not function. Check that the rule's Eligible items or target collection is correctly configured.
