The product message is a message shown above or below the cart button on the product page. Use it to let customers know about purchase conditions in advance.
Prerequisite: To display the product message, enable the app embed in the theme used by your online store. If you only use restrictions in the cart or at checkout, the app embed is not required.
Enter your message in "Product message" on each rule's edit screen. If it is left blank, nothing is displayed. You can set it for quantity rules, price rules, weight rules, bundle rules, customer rules, and quantity, price, and weight limits by product. Payment rules and delivery rules do not have a product message.
Inserting a variable into a message lets you dynamically display the value set in the rule. For example, You can purchase up to {{maxQuantity}} of this product. is displayed as "You can purchase up to 5 of this product." For the variables you can use, see "Using Variables".
You can change the position and colors of the product message in "Settings" in the app admin. The change applies to the product message of all rules at once. You cannot change the font size.

(1) Open Settings
Select "Settings" from the left menu of the app admin.
(2) Change the position and colors of the product message
Change the position of "Product message" and the colors of the text, background, and border.
(3) Save
Select "Save" at the top right of the screen.
Note: If you set eligible items to a collection that includes only some variants of a product, the product message is displayed for all variants of that product. The restriction is applied only to the variants included in the collection.
For example, if you set eligible items to a collection that includes only the S size of apparel product A (available in S, M, and L), the product message is displayed for S, M, and L, and the restriction is applied only to the S size.
