Access restrictions have been configured, but users who should be restricted can still access the page
Redirect or restriction is not functioning
Cause 1: The app embed has not been enabled
If the app embed is disabled, the app will not function. → Open the theme editor (Online Store > Themes > Customize), go to App embeds, and verify that RuffRuff Order Limits is enabled.
Cause 2: The rule is set to "Disabled"
If the rule's status is Disabled, the rule will not function. → Check that the rule's status is set to Enabled in the rule list.
Cause 3: The visibility settings are not configured as intended
When set to members only, the restriction applies to guests. When set to guests only, the restriction applies to logged-in customers. → Check that the rule's Visibility settings are configured as intended.
Cause 4: Shopify's cache has not been updated
After making changes, Shopify's cache may cause a delay of a few minutes before changes take effect. → Wait a moment and check again.
