This is a setup example for a store that sells both Standard shipping items and Nekopos items, showing only the appropriate shipping method based on product type, quantity, and destination. It combines Shopify weight settings and shipping profiles with two delivery rules.
Prerequisite: The initial delivery setup must be complete. If you haven't done this yet, see "Initial Setup (Delivery Limits)".
This example uses the following delivery conditions.
Standard shipping: Free for $55 or more. For less than $55, $7.70 outside Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa, and $11 for Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa.
Nekopos: Free for $55 or more. For less than $55, a flat $3.85 nationwide. Up to 3 items total can be shipped at once.
Depending on the cart contents and subtotal, the shipping methods to show are as follows.

Use Shopify variant weight to express the boundary between product types and quantities. In the Shopify admin, register the following weight for all target products.
Standard shipping items: 1kg (fixed)
Nekopos items: 0.33kg (fixed)
Tip: For Nekopos items, 0.33kg × 3 = 0.99kg (less than 1kg), and 0.33kg × 4 = 1.32kg (1kg or more), so you can use weight to distinguish between 3 items and 4 items.
Note: Variants with no weight set are not included in the total weight. Register a weight for all target products.
Set up both Standard shipping and Nekopos within a single shipping profile. Set free shipping for $55 or more using the price conditions in the shipping profile.
The shipping methods for the shipping zone "Other than Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa" are as follows.

(1) Create a delivery rule
Open the app admin → "Delivery rules" → "Create rule".
(2) Enter the settings

(3) Save and enable the delivery rule
After saving the settings, select "Enable."

(3) Save and enable the delivery rule
After saving the settings, select "Enable."
When both delivery rules are enabled, the shipping methods shown depend on the total weight in the cart, as follows.

Match the shipping method name exactly, including uppercase and lowercase letters, with the name registered in the Shopify shipping profile.
Set free shipping for $55 or more using the price conditions in the Shopify shipping profile, not the delivery rule.
Set rate differences by destination area in the shipping profile as well. The delivery rule only controls whether a shipping method is shown or hidden.
