This example hides pickup in store when specific products are included in the cart. Use it for products that cannot be handed over in store, such as large items, items that require refrigeration, or made-to-order items.
Prerequisite: The initial setup for delivery limits must be complete. If you haven't done this yet, see "Initial Setup (Delivery Limits)".
When the delivery rule is enabled, it evaluates the products in the cart at checkout and switches whether pickup in store is shown.
The cart does not include the eligible item: pickup in store is shown.
The cart includes even one eligible item: pickup in store is hidden.
(1) Create a delivery rule
Open the app admin → "Delivery rules" → "Create rule".
(2) Enter the settings
Configure the following.

(3) Save and enable the delivery rule
After saving the settings, select "Enable." Saving alone does not apply the delivery rule.
(4) Check the behavior
Proceed to checkout with a cart that doesn't include the eligible item and one that does, and check whether pickup in store is shown.
Even in a cart that mixes eligible and non-eligible products, pickup in store is hidden if the cart includes even one eligible item.
You cannot control this per pickup location. All pickup in store options are hidden.
All conditions in a delivery rule must be met (AND condition). If even one condition is not met, Shopify's shipping settings are shown as-is.
The shipping method name is compared, including case, against the name shown at checkout. For multilingual stores, add the name for each language separately.
